Common Benefit for same Policies

If i have two health policy which includes the common benefits for hospital cash. Will my claim be payable under both the policy?

if common benefits are present under both the plans, claim will be triggered  on the basis of the nature of event taking place eg. for accidental injury, claim will be paid from personal accident  policy and for any covered Critical Illness, claim will be paid from critical illness policy.
