Its easy. You just need to download HDFCERGO mobile app from play store (if you have not). Link your policy which is a one time activity and register your claim selecting claim tab. Its easy and simple as under one roof you can register the claim and even upload all your document at finger tips.

You can make a claim by calling on Toll free number. Customer Care will then assist you with the submission of the documents required and the process will be ideally completed within 7 working days, once all the required documents are submitted
