Step 1: Doctor advises hospitalisation (or treatment).
Step 2: Intimate your health insurance claim (as soon as it occurs).
Step 3: CASHLESS CLAIM - Visit Network Hospital for the treatment.
REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM - Undergo your treatment at the Non-network Hospital and make the payment.
Step 4: CASHLESS CLAIM - Hospital's TPA Desk contacts us for arranging cashless treatment.
REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM - Submit your documents within 15 days of discharge for reimbursement.

Call Insurance company or TPA (on toll free number) who is processing your claim. Get first information report from hospital and fillup the intimation form online or inform them over phone and get the claim number.

If you're going for a cashless claim then all you have to do is to contact the TPA Helpdesk at the Network Hospital & they will get the claims processing done for you. If you're going for a Reimbursement claim then the best way is to email the insurance company or contact their call centre with all the policy details, hospital name, date of admission etc. But don't forget to take the Claim Intimation number.
