Health insurance claims should not settle 100% this will leads to medical inflation if insurance company starts settling 100% to the hospital. Already we are in danger stage and general public those who don't have medclaim policy are also suffering because of increase in treatment cost, one of the main trigger point is insurance and more over hospital doesn't have any controlling body like insurance company has IRDA, SEBI, RBI etc.
Claims will be settled according to eligible room rent. When patient opt higher room rent then hospital gradually increase all other related expenses like doctor's fee, operation cost etc.
