It depends from case to case basis. If you have a permanent disability, so you are eligible to receive the total amount of your Permanant Disability benefits spread over a fixed number of weeks.

The claim for permanent disability will be processed depending on the kind of policy the customer is holding and the number of days the insured has  been hospitalized
