Reimbursement Claim Time Period

Need to check and confirm time period for settlement of reimbursement claims. Too much upset due to raising query every week rather than in single query. Written that policyholders itself deceased then also asking documents to delay process of settlement.

Reimbursement claim time period vary from 90-180 days depending upon the policy terms and conditions.

The TAT for reimbusrment claim settlement is 7 days post submission of the last document . We under that its really diificult to arrange for set of documents especially after death of the insured person. But the requirments of certain documents arises only after reviewing the claim.Thus we request you to submit the said documents to get the claim processed and settled
