You can call on our customer care number on 022 6234 6234 / 0120 6234 6234 or mail us at care@hdfcergo.com or contact your relationship manager/ agent/broker to intimate a claim. You may also walk into to any of our offices with a duly filled claim form for claim registration.
The below list of documents are required for claim processing
Claim Form
• Investigation Report by the Police (for Theft, Burglary and similar incidences)
• Fire Brigade Report (For Fire loss)
• Estimate of the repairers
• Invoice of the suppliers for replacement /Final Bill of repairers
• KYC documents where settlement amount is over 1 Lakh
• First Information Report (for Theft, Burglary and similar incidences, Fire incidences involving Third Party or large losses or suspected arson)
• Bills and invoices, valuation reports etc
• Bank account details of the claimant for electronic settlement and Cancelled Cheque
• Any other document as may be necessary and appropriately applicable for the claims preferred under the different sections of the policy.
