In the event of any claim, call on your Insurance Company's toll free no. to register the claim at the earliest.

While on call various details shall be asked by Insurer like Equipment damaged, Location of loss, Cause of loss and amount of loss (approx. estimation) and Policy Number for reference.

On claim registration, a surveyor would be appointed to estimate the loss/ damage, depending on the type of loss viz. Fire/Burglary etc.

Once your Insurer receive full and final documentation,they process the claim with prompt turn around times and they update you about claim progress through SMS and Mails on your registered details.

For claim registration You can call on our customer care number on 022 6234 6234 / 0120 6234 6234 or mail us at care@hdfcergo.com or contact your relationship manager/
agent/broker to intimate a claim. You may also walk into to any of our offices with a duly filled claim form for claim registration
