You will need to get the claim registered by calling the customer care number on 022 6234 6234 / 0120 6234 6234 or mailing to care@hdfcergo.com or contacting relationship manager/ agent/broker. You may also walk into any of HDFC ERGO's offices with a duly filled claim form for claim registration.

The final claim admissibility will depend on relevant documents received at the time claim and as per the policy terms and conditions.

agent/broker to intimate a claim. You may also walk into to any of our offices with a duly filled claim form for claim registration
