Once the Claim is registered, Insurance company will send a surveyor to inspect the Equipment damaged, Location of loss, Cause of loss and amount of loss (approx. estimation).
After that they will send you document requirements on e-mail.
As soon as they receive full and final documents, they start their work.
And they keep you updated with the details of claim through SMS and Mails, on your registered details.
