Two-wheeler policy auto-debited but policy copy not received

Hi team,

 

I've insured my two wheeler with HDFC ergo last year. This year, even before the due date, the amount was autodeducted because I had chosen that option while taking the policy last year. 

 

But I've not received the policy by mail or by confirmation mail. 

 

Here is the details from my previous policy number. 

Two Wheeler Insurance Policy No is 2312100164919800000; your reference number- TW1612059207

 

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
