Yeah yeah, you can totally check your claim status on the MOBILE APP.

Here are the steps:

1. Download the HDFC ERGO Mobile App. : https://www.hdfcergo.com/MobileAppsDownloadPopUp.aspx?type=android

2. Register yourself with your policy no.

3. Once you are registered, click on the claim status and know the status. (you can only check your claim status if you have registered the claim) And if not registered you can register for the claim through this app also.
