Food and Cuisines on Diwali

I hail from South so excuse if you are not aware of the name of the dishes i mention.


Diwali is all about food and cuisines are acoording to south, North and other regions but FOOD that's it.


Diwali breakfast will be the south indian authentic Idly, (Millets) Vada (Black Urad dhal), Pongal (Millets),Paniyaram etc with Sambar and chutney.


Diwali lunch will be with 3 or more vegetables like Plaintain fry/Beans & Aloo, Brinjal masala,Mixed veg kootu, Poriyal, Aviyal etc with Rice and Drumstick sambar,Rasam, Curd, Papad etc. Followed by delicious yet healthy dessert.


Evening snack will be the one we got from neighbours and our preparation.


Diwali night dinner will like almost a farewell by consuming less food with some Roti and sabji or some tiffin.


Food is one of our identity and relapted to personal health. Eat to live. Eat the right food. Share with people enjoy and celebrate.
