Amount debit but Payment is not reflected with HDFC Ergo

I have renewed my policy through HDFC ERGO web site link. I choose payment option direct from bank login. Now amount is deducted but not reflecting with HDFC Ergo health Policy. 


As per customer care it auto credit to my bank account within 24 hours but now it is more than 48 hours.


Can anyone suggest the solution to proceed further?
