Here I am requesting your good self to kindly Stop / Cancel all the above mentioned policies with immediate effect. And kindly release the amount hold for the above policies with HDFC Credit Card. At present situation I am not in a position to pay the premium amount at any cost.
Hoping you will understand my situation and stop all the policies at an early date.
Note : I am trying since 1½ over by phone to contact with Customer Support Executives, but I am not getting them, as stating “Due to Covid-19, limited staff are working”. That’s why I am mailing the letter.
