Change of agent

I want to change my agent for my ongoing health insurance. Has anyone done so?
My nearby HDFC ERGO office says it cannot be done. Another agent says that I need NOC from my previous agent while the customer service agent says the opposite.

Hi,

Please note that the correct process to change the agent is to get the NOC from the previous Agent and post that the team has internal approval process.
