I started to port my 2 policies on 18-Nov-22. Took one new (Super topup) through agents Rama Mishra and Champa at Chembur Station Office. HDFC Ergo rejected on health ground despite my clean health result after my angiography test. (I can prove that).
Now I am not getting refund in the tune of Rs. 57000 - 58000.
What should I do?
Agents are not responding to my calls or messages.
