Final approval

I am not able to reach out to customer case for the last 3 -4 hrs, the call is getting failed again and again

Hospital have already sent the request documents for the final approval, I am not able to speak to any person who can help in this regard. There seems to be some upgradation going on but there should be some mode through which query need to be addressed, I have already mailed couple of times but there isn't any communication from their end
