HDFC ERGO Health Card Validity

I have a Health Card with an Id Nr, issued by my company. I am retired and have not used the card anytime since it was issued. How can I find out if it is valid, needs re-registration and what are the policy terms?

If you hold a GMC policy, we request you to connect with your respective HR to get the confirmation on the validity of the policy.
