1. 2. Click on 'My Account' in the top menu bar
3. Select 'Claim Status' under the 'Policy Claims' tab
This will open up your claims status page. You'll need to review this information before making any decisions about what you want to do with your claims.

The quickest way to check your claim status is the website. You can visit "Help" section and visit Track Claim module. Another easy way is to download mobile app "HDFC ERGO" available on playstore for Android and iOS. You can check the claim status and submit your documents as well.

You can check your claim status through any of the following modes:
ii) Download the HDFC ERGO App from Playstore/Appstore and login to your account. Click on your cover under “MY POLICIES” and select the Track Claims option.
iii) Write "Hi" to HDFC ERGO's WhatsApp number 8169 500 500. Then choose "7. Claim Services" as your option, followed by "2. Claim Status"
iv) Open the HDFC ERGO website and select "Ask DIA". Click on the Claims option and then select Claim Status.
