The procedure of claim for PA is same as others.
Contact your Insurance Company through their 24x7 Toll Free No(you will find it on their website) or log in to their mobile app, intimate them about the accident as soon as possible.
They will register your claim and appointment of survyour is done within 8 hour. Survey will be done within 24 hour(approx). once they receive all the documents, claim will be process will start.
Like : Police FIR, if accident is reported to Police,
Medical papers, pathology reports, X-ray reports, as applicable
