I bought the policy by using Phonepe app. After that I tried to check Policy by using HDFC ERGO APP. But policy is not found in the app. Please help me.
Did you try logging in with your registered phone number? Please note, if you have just bought the policy, it will take 3-4 days to sync with the App. If you still can't find it, you can link the policy with the policy number.
