The website has improved over the last two years. The app too has become faster. The app or website is used either to pay premium or claim for policy holders.
My suggestion: Twice a year if we could receive either mail, sms or whatsapp asking to update app or visit the website for changes it would help us to use the website more comfortably. Otherwise it becomes a panicky experience.
