My neighbourhood hospital is no longer on the panel of my insurance company. Can the company do this?

Yes. Insurance companies revise their list regularly and so your hospital might have been removed if it does not meet the defined criteria

Network of hospitals is usually revised by the company from time to time and list of hospitals are put up on the website. It is advisable to check up on the site to be aware of the changes.
