Re: Can I take Private sector health insurance with public sector health insurance simultaneously?

Please note that:
You can claim with either of the two insurer and not with both.
Health policies are reimbursement policy hence you have to submit original bills where ever you claim .
However if the sum insured is exhausted ,you can claim with the other insurance company for unpaid bills.
You should claim where you can get maximum claim.(comparing deductibles),price cap etc etc.

Yes you can take insurance products from both  private as well as public company. But during claim, companies will apply contribution clause if you are looking to make claim from both the companies
