Can you tell me the limitations under non-allopathic treatment?

There aren't many limitation for Non-allopathic treatments but few insurers apply the condition like if you claim for AYUSH Benefit then you cant claim for Non-allopathic treatments. 

Then some Insurers provide some percent of Sum Insured as claim (Say 25% of Sum Insured) for non-allopathic treatment.
