Deduction on my reimbursement on travel insurance

I had my got my dental surgery done in USA and when I took reimbursement from you it was showing deduction of 150$ can you please explain me the reason?

As I understand, under the overseas travel insurance policy, the insured is required to bare certain deductibles.

Mostly In travel Insurance, Companies apply deductible which is the fixed amount or percentage of an insurance claim that is the responsibility of the insured, and which the insurance company will deduct from the claim payment.

There is always Insurance companies mostly applies deductible before processing of your claim amount. There might be deductible applicable for specific sub section as per policy schedule.
