If the hospital is not under your insurance company's list of hospitals, then cashless will not be possible.

All Government hospitals do not fall under cashless policy.

Insurance company need to make tie-ups with those hospitals to offer you cashless facility. Cashless facility is provided by all insurance companies if insured is hospitalized at any of their empanelled hospital. For non-network hospitals, insured has to pay the bills first and then claim for reimbursement.
