Cashless health insurance does not cover expenses for oxygen masks, nebulizers etc.

Basic health insurance policy does not cover expenses related to consumables. You need to take add-on for expenses related to such coverage. Oxygen mask is a part of 'Non Medical Expenses'. A list of all such non medical expenses is generally included in the policy wording. IRDA has also accepted and circulated a list of such items which are not payable under health insurance policy.
