Khushiyo se bhari,Safe and Sweet Diwali

This Diwali lets ensure to be with family and keep them safe from hazardous environment around us. Ensure we don't encourage fireworks which has dangerous reprecussion in weather and environment post Diwali for many weeks. Let's also be considerate towards street animals and don't risk their lives.

 

It is also important that we take care of Sweets we purchase. Ensure we buy sweets from good and reputable brand which doesn't encourage adulteration. Home-made sweets like besan ladoos, halwa and dry fruits are best. They are good source of various nutrients including various sugars, vital minerals such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Orange fruits such as dried apricots and papaya are a good source of beta carotene, which, when absorbed by the body, becomes vitamin A. Dry fruits also help in managing chlorestrol and good for heart and skin. If you eat more sweet, ensure to do more exercise to balance the body weight.    Smiley Happy
