Under the Home Suraksha Plus policy bought with the Home Loan, in the event of a claim while the outstanding loan principle amount is lesser than the sum insured, is the difference amount paid by the Insurer to the Insured? Or is the claim valid only to the extent of the outstanding principle amount?
