Policy not found

I got a call from hdfcergo for home insurance, electronics coverage on Feb 8, 2022 and purchased a policy on the call only. I got an email for paying the amount but even after 3 days of paying the amt (payment on 8th only), I have not received any communication from HDFCERGO and even on site it is showing no policy found for my phone number and email both.

What should I do?
