As per the principle of Interest in Insurance, if there is no interest in asset, the policy ceases its cover. Here, the asset, your home, is no longer your interest, hence the policy cover would cease.

If the house is sold & you wish to cancel the policy, then policy will be cancelled and refund will be processed as per the cancellation grid.
However if you have purchased a house under the same loan with same LAN(loan agreement number),then only the risk address will be changed/ updated .
