Auto insiurance custmer care cell to immediately respond and act-- NO AUTO RESPONSE NUMBERS PLEASE.

Like to know the customer care for auto insurance and normal time to react in distress. Like all customer care services the reaction time is very long. Comparatively ICICI fares well. Like to know the answer as I am not confident of response in case of distress.

 

Preferably number 24 x7, name, mobile number and normal time taken to reach the distress place.

In case of emergency I use HDFC ERGO App and its real time.
