Misguided from dealer

Recently we have purchase our new ALTROZ car , insured with HDFC ergo , we have submitted our mail id & mobile no but dealer intentionally put their mail id & mobile no , that's why we are unable to access our deatils in HDFC ergo app , please suggest what we will do

Please note that you can either ask your agent to change the details or you can raise request via customer care/website to do the details.
