I suppose you can transfer your No Claim Bonus when you plan to switch your policy from one insurer to the new insurer.

Generally, if you want to transfer NCB you need to apply within 90 days of your renewal date.

NCB is transferable

1. If you want to renew the motor policy from different Insurer.

2. If you plan to buy new car, your earned NCB can be transferred to New Car's Motor Policy(within 90 days). Also After 90 days of expiring a Motor Policy, The NCB gets exhausted.

NCB can't be transferred from one person to another person as it is earned with years of genuine driving.

Yes. The reward for not making a claim during the policy period can be easily transferred from one insurer to another, if the policyholder decides to buy insurance from another insurance company. Similarly, if the car owner changes his vehicle, NCB can be transferred to the new car.
