Online Motor insurance payment deducted with something went wrong message. No policy generated.

I was buying Motor insurance online @ https://www.hdfcergo.com/two-wheeler-insurance
Filled in all the details but in the final step, it said something went wrong and policy not generated. But money got deducted for the account. Please anybody can help me out - it will really great.

Hello punithbm exact same thing happened to me just now. Did you get you money back in 48 hours automatically? Or what did you do . What should i do now my money is deducted but no policy is renewed.
