Used car policy

I recently bought a used car. The registration transfer is taking a long time as the previous owner does not have all the documentation. Can I get a policy in the meantime?

In the case of a used car, I think you can apply for policy by submitting a copy of form 29 and 30.

Form 29 and 30 will work in case you don't have RC book.
