how to print a duplicate copy of car insurance

i have require my duplicate policy copy..

You can get your insurance copy through any of the following modes:

i) Visit https://selfhelp.hdfcergo.com/SelfHelp/Authentication/EmailPolicyCopy and enter your Policy No./Mobile No./Email ID. Once the OTP verification is complete, the policy copy would be sent to your registered e-mail address.

ii) Download the HDFC ERGO App from Playstore/Appstore and login to your account. Click on the “More” tab at the bottom-right side. There you find the option to Email Policy.

iii) Write "Hi" to HDFC ERGO's WhatsApp number 8169 500 500. Then choose "2. Policy Documents" as your option, followed by "1. Policy Copy"

iv) Open the HDFC ERGO website and select "Ask DIA". Click on the Policy Copy option and proceed.
