Is it complusory to pay adon premium for cng kit? If we do not pay and inform to insurer about official addition of cng kit(added in RCBook) then can company deduct IDV value at the time of total loss claim? Whether this clause is given in policy wordings in sections or endotsements?

As per regulatory guidelines, you are suppose to inform any modification or change in the motor. In this case if CNG kit is installed and updated in RC yet not informed to insured; the claim will not be paid if the cause of loss is due to CNG kit. 

To avoid such risk, it important to inform the insurer and include the same in policy.
