The insurance claim surveyor of HDFC ERGO,named Mr.Sudip Pal,siliguri,continuously misguided me about my damage coverage of my 4wheeler vehicle and refused to sanction any of my claims for the abovesaid.His behavior is also very rude with his customers.Kindly direct me what to do now?
