Please note that now you can easily get your policy documents via HDFC Ergo App or you can use below link to get details:

https://customersupport.hdfcergo.com/customer-care/email-policy-copy.html

App Process:

Download the App from Playstore/Appstore and login your account. Once you login the App, there is “More” tab at the right bottom. There you find option to Email Policy Documents.
