   I am lost my car insurance Original copy , So I need duplicates copy how can I get downloading this pls support me

Hi,

You can get your insurance copy through any of the following modes:

i) Visit https://customersupport.hdfcergo.com/customer-care/email-policy-copy.html and enter your Policy No./Mobile No./Email ID. Once the OTP verification is complete, the policy copy would be sent to your registered e-mail address.

ii) Download the HDFC ERGO App from Playstore/Appstore and login to your account. Click on the “More” tab at the bottom-right side. There you will find the option to Email Policy.

iii) Write "Hi" to HDFC ERGO's WhatsApp number 81695 00500. Then choose "2. Policy Documents" as your option, followed by "1. Policy Copy"

iv) Open the HDFC ERGO website and select "Ask DIA". Click on the Policy Copy option and proceed.
