Once a request is logged in, the inspection process takes place within 24 hours.
A successful inspection is followed by an online recommendation made to you, by the surveyor. Within 48 hours following that recommendation, you will have to log-in to the website and convert your policy.
Failing to convert your policy within that time frame means that you have to go through the entire process again.
