I have paid for newal my policy no 231120505183001000 ,payment shows successful and I have got policy no 231120505183002000, but policy is not download still now.

SolutionYou can get your insurance copy through any of the following modes:
i) Visit https://customersupport.hdfcergo.com/customer-care/email-policy-copy.html and enter your Policy No./Mobile No./Email ID. Once the OTP vertification is complete, the policy copy would be sent to your registered e-mail address.
ii) Download the HDFC ERGO App from Playstore/Appstore and login to your account. Click on the “More” tab at the bottom-right side. There you find the option to Email Policy.
iii) Write "Hi" to HDFC ERGO's WhatsApp number 73045 24888. Then choose "2. Policy Documents" as your option, followed by "1. Policy Copy"
iv) Open the HDFC ERGO website and select "Ask DIA". Click on the Policy Copy option and proceed.
