Adding a spouse to your health insurance is not a difficult process, but can only be done during annual enrolment.

You can add your family members at the time of buying the policy or at the time of renewal .

Mid term addition will only be applicable if Marriage period is within 6 months, the spouse's age is less than the proposer and is 18 years or more. 

If the above conditions are fulfilled , ​Marriage Certificate + payment details can be uploaded on self help section on website www.hdfcergo.com.
