This is a digital world and I think if HDFCERGO introduces a policy to cover digital equipment such as computers, Laptop, IPad, tablets and gaming systems against theft and major repairs. I don’t think there is any such cover and if there is it is not widely known. This will be a very popular cover and with huge market.

No need of any existing cover to be added to policy. If you serve and treat the existing customers well and good, that will be great. First of all, you need to have faith in your customer. If you have faith then you will not put any claim under verification. 1 more thing your employees should be well behaved and not dumb to raise 10 + queries for any already replied query. Seriously speaking, your services are the worst in the world. You hardly care about the customer in general but you people lick the boot of HNI customers.

As we are constantly evolving, need to change and being dynamic to cater to the needs of customers is of prime importance. Though HDFCERGO is the best in the industry and has a capability to come up with a policy which can cover ailments that most of the service providers do not cover, such as Lasik, dental and skin or cosmetic related issues etc into a single policy. This will be a great advantage to customers and will be an incentive to continue long term with mutual benefits for both.

I like to cover lapse or forget health insurance premium of a year one time during whole long time policy period. Also, post hospitalization cover with a tenure of one year multiple time for same treatment.

I would strongly believe in taking care of our animals same as we do about our health. So if you please include animal insurance as well it'll be highly helpful for the farmers especially as Farmers are the backbone of any country.

I also would recommend you to start including Laser and Dental treatments (only cavities and illness not the cosmetics)
