What if my concerns are not addressed by the insurance company?

In this new world of digitization,there are various platforms where you can raise your complaints about Insurance.
First of all use the customer support section of the Insurance Company, like Toll free no, Chat Option, Email , SMS.
If you are not satisfied or not addressed properly by the Insurance Company, you can Contact IGMS of IRDA.
IRDA launched IGMS in 2010, IGMS is a grievance redress monitoring tool for IRDAI.
But before approching to IGMS, you will have to register a compain with your Insurer first.
