This product is for the Event Ticketing Partners against non-sale of tickets canceled by the end customers. This Insurance Product focuses on the cancellation by the customer due to any reason. Hence, an event of loss would require –
-Sale of ticket
-Cancellation by customer
-Refund by Event Ticketing Partner to customer
-Non-sale of the canceled ticket, if specific seat numbers are allotted (For events where no seat number is allotted, like musical concerts, all canceled tickets will be reimbursed)
