Cancellation due to visa rejection

I purchased a travel insurance policy as I was planning to visit the UK. But I was denied visa. In such a case, will they honour my claim for cancellation of the insurance?

You can cancel the policy, however the administrative charge of Rs. 250 will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
